Haard is the Project Manager for TEDxLakeheadU 2026, where he works closely with a dedicated team to bring ideas to life through collaboration, technology driven planning, and shared leadership. He supports and coordinates curation, operations, marketing, and partnerships teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum across every stage of the event under the theme of G.R.O.W.T.H. With a strong passion for technology, innovation, and collective problem solving, Haard focuses on building systems and workflows that empower the team to perform at their best. His leadership centers on trust, communication, and execution, with the goal of creating a TEDx experience that reflects the strength of teamwork and the power of ideas to drive meaningful impact
