Yash Amethiya

Yash Amethiya serves as the Tech Lead for TEDxLakeheadU, bringing a blend of academic rigor and technical expertise to the organization. A Software Developer at Aurora Constellations, he holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Lakehead University. Yash is integrated into the Thunder Bay community and technology landscape as an organizer for the AI Collective, where he fosters local innovation. His professional interests lie at the intersection of Neurosymbolic AI, Category Theory, and Domain-Specific Languages. Beyond his technical work, he focuses on the application of technology within health policy and management. Yash is dedicated to building digital platforms that support sharing impactful ideas. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and walking in snow while listening to music.
